When am I charged as a pharmacy?
Your saved payment method is charged automatically after a shift closes. You are never charged for a shift that was cancelled or unfilled.
How does the platform fee work for pharmacists?
A small percentage is deducted from each payout before it reaches your bank account. The exact amount is shown on the shift detail screen before you apply — never hidden.
Is there a subscription or monthly fee?
No. FlexShift has no subscription, no listing fee, and no monthly charge for either side. You only pay when a shift is successfully completed.
How quickly do pharmacists get paid?
Stripe Connect initiates the transfer within 2 business days of shift completion. Exact deposit timing depends on your bank.
What payment methods does FlexShift accept from pharmacies?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Additional payment methods may be available depending on your region.
Are there fees for recurring shifts?
Each individual shift instance is billed at the same per-shift rate regardless of whether it is part of a recurring series.
